Schott Dining Hall

Schott Dining Hall is our central campus dining location, offering made-from-scratch comfort foods and soups, handmade pizza, an action station, grill, artisan deli, fresh-cut salads, and sweet desserts to top it all off. The wide variety featured day to day also includes vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free options.

About Each Station:

Custom Creations: A premier, Chef attended station that has a changing menu item every day. This station is fully customizable and individually prepared just for you!
Salad By Design: Create a salad your way at our salad bar! We offer a wide variety of salad fix-ins that will accomodate to any taste.
Inspired Eats: Inspired Eats utilizes specific recipes that are completely free of all of the top eight allergens and gluten. The top eight allergens are dairy, egg, peanut, seafood, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. While we can never absolutely guarantee the absence of any allergen due to cross-contact, the recipes used here have all been tested and approved by our Dietian and Allergy Task Force, and we take every possible measure to keep you safe.
Spoon & Fork: Serving up your favorite comfort foods and every day favorites.
Market Deli: Custom deli creations made to your liking. Our deli offers fresh-cut deli meats and cheese that will elevate your favorite sandwiches.
1886 Grille: Our grill station is serving up burgers, grilled chicken, hand-cut fries and much more each and every day!
Forno Italiano: Serving up fresh made-from-scratch pizzas and other Italian favorites every day.
Dessert Station: Baked fresh every day, our dessert station is fully equipped with sweet treats made in-house.
